What is the Weekend Workshop?

The weekend workshop held at the Permaworld Retreat is an action packed 2 days based on the Tools of Change.

During the workshop, there is time for one-on-one help with your specific needs. The weekend is an intimate experience with only a small number of people attending.

  • 12.00 noon – Learn-by-doing. Food prep in the kitchen
  • 12.30pm – Lunch and discussions. Swim, relax or siesta
  • 1.30 pmEat principles and tools
  • 2.30 pm – Activity: Stretching, calisthenics & rebounding
  • 3.00 pm – Afternoon Tea
  • 3.30 Rest and Move principles and tools
  • 4.30 – Review and Questions

SUNDAY – Focus on Mental and Emotional Health

    • 9.00 amConsolidated thought and the fortress/prison of beliefs
      The pathway of thoughts to habits
    • 10.30 am – Morning Tea
    • 11.00 amPermaworld and Particle principles and tools
    • 12.00 noon – Learn-by-doing. Food prep in the kitchen
    • 12.30pm – Lunch and discussions. Swim, relax or siesta
    • 1.30 pmProjection and Presence principles and tools
    • 2.30 pm – Activity: 5 tibetan rites and resistance exercises
    • 3.00 pm – Afternoon Tea
    • 3.30 Purpose, Path & Peace principles and tools

If you are staying at the retreat

IF YOU ARE STAYING FRIDAY NIGHT

  • 2.00 pm – Arrive anytime after 2pm
  • Enjoy fresh squeezed juice or herbal tea on arrival
  • Get settled into your room. Make yourself at home, relax in a hammock, swim, feed the birds, walk the nearby trails & more
  • 6.00 pm – Dinner together
  • After dinner its time to relax
  • Retire when you feel you like to sleep

SATURDAY AND/OR SUNDAY MORNINGS

  • Wake when you choose
  • Morning beverage of your choice, or fresh squeezed juice
  • From daybreak you can hand feed some beautiful kookaburras, cockatoos, butcher birds and lorekeets who arrive on the verandah for their morning treats.
  • Meditation (Optional)
  • 5 Tibetan Rites (The fountain of youth). An easy yoga exercise program (Optional)
  • Stretching and Calisthenics (Optional)
  • Swim in the pool (Optional)
  • Walk/Run (Optional)
  • Rebounder (Optional)
  • 7.30 am – Breakfast prep then we eat on the verandah
  • 9.00 am – Workshop Begins
